The following terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" — The ja999 website and all services, pages, and applications under it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" — A personal profile secured by a username and password.
• "Bonus" — Any additional funds or rewards provided by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of bets required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — The identity verification process.

To open an account at ja999, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• The account must be in your own name; operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• The registered payment method must be in the user's own name.

ja999 may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account. The following are the user's own responsibility:

• Login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone.
• Logging in on public or shared devices should be avoided.
• Any suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the support team immediately.
• All transactions carried out through the user's account will be considered the user's own actions.

ja999 processes transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. Currently supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• The same payment account used for deposits must be used for withdrawals.
• If fraud or unusual transactions are suspected, ja999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and investigate.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

New members at ja999 can enjoy an attractive welcome bonus. The following terms apply to bonus usage:

• Welcome Bonus Rate: 120% on the first deposit.
• Maximum Bonus: Up to ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Wagering Requirement: You must bet 25 times the bonus amount received.
• Wagering Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = completing ৳30,000 in bets will make the bonus winnings withdrawable.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Bonuses have a set validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Each member may claim a promotion only once.
• Bonuses may only be usable on specified games; the terms of each specific promotion apply separately.

ja999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion. If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

ja999's VIP program has four tiers, and regular players can enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Moving up to a higher tier depends on regular gaming activity and active engagement with the platform. The final decision on any cashback payment, including VIP benefits, is at ja999's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse bonus benefits ("bonus hunting").
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or use of unauthorised software.
• Match betting between two or more accounts for mutual benefit.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using a third party's card or payment method.

In the event of any of the above violations, ja999 reserves the right to suspend the account, close the account, and forfeit the associated funds.
